Hi I’m Ross Morsali (“rm”), a WordPress developer by trade and a technology and music geek the rest of the time.
A while ago I started a small company as a side gig called Code Amp to build plugins for WordPress – it was only supposed to be a passion project while I worked on my main business (a WordPress agency) but it has turned out to be quite profitable over the years with its flagship plugin Search & Filter.
Ever since then I’ve been focused on two things:
- Getting better as a developer, improving my workflows and code quality.
- Growing the business and getting better at marketing.
I’ve started this blog where I hope to occasionally share insights and tutorials for WordPress developers and I might eventually write something about the business side of things, or my personal life, we’ll see how this pans out.
